The VIE, the International Internship Program, is a French international corporate placement program for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals* and who have met their national service obligations in their country of origin.

Becoming an International Intern means going abroad to carry out a remunerated professional assignment for 6 to 24 months whilst benefiting from protective public law coverage.

VIE Market Development

The country is part of the Greater Europe Business Unit, with Sales over 100 MioE and an expected growth for the next 5 years of over 15%.

Sales are close to 20 MioE, Team of approx. 50 people covering Sales & Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Public Affairs and various support.

Duration: 18 months

Reporting to Sanofi Pasteur Poland Country Manager the VIE will explore and develop all potential levers to increase adult vaccination coverage rate (especially FLU) focusing on market opportunities that delivers profitable business growth.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

1. Leverage FLU and other best practices from other countries.

2. Follow up FLU Forum activities in collaboration with Medical & Marketing.

3. In cooperation with local partners / alliances explore flu market initiatives which can directly improve vaccination coverage rate.

4. In cooperation with Marketing Manager search internally or externally for potential growth initiatives which may support the top line sales.

5. Contribute to align and streamline efforts of Medical, Marketing and Public Affairs teams in the effort to develop a public Flu vaccine segment.

- Considering the seasonality of above mentioned Flu related task the incumbent may have to run short dated mission ordered by the Country Manager

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

Master in Marketing / Business,

Scientific degree or experience in Healthcare is a plus,

Fluent in English + upper intermediate in Polish is required,

Capability in Project management that requires animating a group of co-workers out of hierarchical links,

Mastering major softwares.
